My hope for both kids was/is to find something they enjoy doing. In this case, to discover a love for playing music.
You did amazing. My kids have grown a lot under your patience and care and direction.
You did fantastic in teaching the kids to play. I am proud to see that they are able to compose their own song!
[Our initial hope was] that CJ would gain an appreciation for, and love of, making music. CJ’s “go to” when stressed, bored, happy, whatever, is to go practice the piano. While she may not be progressing at a “normal” rate, she is moving forward at HER pace. Something we very much appreciate!
This year, you have helped her to develop the confidence necessary to tackle longer pieces as well as to discuss music and solve problems on her own.
Nico’s lessons are always varied and engaging. Through her lessons, we feel that Nico will have the introduction and background to be a life-long lover of music.
CJ has been given both the freedom and the guidance to conduct music appreciation and learning at her pace. There has NEVER been a fight or pressure for her to play/practice. To us, it is important that this is educational and emotional growth and appreciation for music. MLM [Must Love Music] has fostered this and allowed CJ to grow musically without any pressure.
Great teacher! Very knowledgeable, patient & it’s at your own home!
You [Rosemarie] did a great job because she truly enjoys playing & writing the music to her songs.
Rosemarie is very talented in teaching. She learns new teaching techniques & ideas by attending the annual piano teacher conference. She uses some of the new ideas in teaching.. The kids enjoy her lesson. She made it fun to learn.
Zuzana has taken to piano so smoothly & can recognize notes. She learns fast & enjoys playing. It’s helping her self confidence which is growing with her skills. She’s doing amazing. Family & friends have commented how great she is after only such a short time of lessons. You rock!
I have said to several family members & friends how piano has hugely benefited Liam. He can recognize his fingers which has a big effect on fine motor skills. He loves to play duets & show daddy his skills.
