More About The “Memories” Collection:

“Lena’s Journey” is part of the ‘Memories’ collection for intermediate to advanced-level students who like a bit of nostalgia.

The inspiration for this collection came from memories from my life: piano music I’ve loved, my grandmother’s life, as well as looking back on happy or bittersweet memories.  You can use these pieces as either a fun look back or a way to express artistically some of the emotions you may be experiencing.

Songs found in the “Memories” collection are:

  • A Life Lived: Early advanced/advanced level piece inspired by music from Billy Joel, Paul McCartney and Elton John
  • Farewell, Old Friend: Early intermediate level piece for fans of ‘Lord Of The Rings’ or fantasy music
  • Lena’s Journey: Intermediate/late intermediate level piece with an Eastern-European style with a hymn-like base.

The Composer Notes include ways to adapt or play with the music so students become part of the creative process.

The licensing terms help your families understand how digital sheet music works.  Just like books or apps, each purchase is for one user (or in this case, your studio). This makes it easy for you to explain copyright to students and parents.
